Darby has seen a meteoric rise from standup comic treading the boards around the world, to international star as Murray Hewitt, the inept, but lovable manager in TV’s Flight of the Conchords. He has gone on to star in films “Yes Man” with Jim Carey and “The Boat that Rocked”, directed and written by Richard Curtis (Love Actually).
This all new show sees Darby’s return to standup comedy and his roots. “It’s Rhys Darby Night” takes us on a hilarious journey of what it is like to be a kiwi navigating Hollywood, combining new stand up, a host of energetic characters, and an eclectic array of sound-effects.
