In 2017, 6 years from their latest release, Belles Will Ring are back with two releases and, in their best format – on stage!

The band are thrilled to be announcing their first headline show since 2012 playing the Factory Floor on Friday 17th March with support from the wonderfully unconventional pop-queen, Le Pie, and local psych-pop outfit The Wednesday Night. With a 4 track EP of brand new tracks set to drop in early March and a look back with “Concrete – a Collection of B-Sides and Rarities” out on Tuesday 21st February, Belles are getting ready to play a selection of new and old material.

Belles Will Ring was created through a collective love of New Wave, 60’s folk rock, and New York punk. Originating in the eerily serene setting of the Blue Mountains in 2006 the band has evolved to its current incarnation with founding members Liam Judson & Aidan Roberts along with long term members Joe Driver, Lauren Crew & Matthew Sigley.

Their 2011 album, Crystal Theatre, and the subsequent live shows established Belles Will Ring as one of Australia’s most unique acts with the album earning album of the week on both 2ser & FBi Radio.

The band have toured extensively in Australia with highlights such as supporting Pulp, Ian Brown, and The Church. Sydney Morning Herald’s Bernard Zuel raved that “With their blurry surfaces, melodic roots and trippy atmospheres, Belles Will Ring evoke late-1960s London; with their circular shapes, insistent rhythms and trippy atmospheres, they recall late-1980s Manchester.”

Join Belles Will Ring on Friday 17th March as they celebrate their new releases with two quality support acts, Le Pie and The Wednesday Night.
