Define Happy, a sketch comedy troupe fresh from their 2016 Sydney Fringe debut, is comprised of Christopher Attrill, Nishita Merchant and Liz Prasad.
CHRISTOPHER ATTRILL is a graduate of the Ensemble Theatre Studios, has studied at the Second City Training Centre in Chicago and is a graduate of the Conservatory Program at the Second City Training Centre in Toronto, where he lived for three years performing sketch and improv. But that was a long time ago. I don’t really want to get into it.
NISHITA MERCHANT is an Indian comedy writer and performer based in Sydney. Apart from writing with Define Happy and obsessing about feminism, Nish performs improv with the Laugh Masters house team in Sydney – the Surry Hillbillies. She has studied comedy-related stuff with The Second City, Improv Theatre Sydney and Laugh Masters, but most importantly from the jokes life has played on her.
LIZ PRASAD is a Kiwi improviser and writer based in Sydney. She has studied improv and sketch at Laugh Masters Academy and Improv Theatre Sydney is a member of improv troupe the Surry Hillbillies. In her writing, she aims to hold a mirror up to society so it can see the back of its haircut.
