Rhythm of the night lives to see another DAY!!

Strap on your jelly sandals and don that double denim, the biggest 90’s throwback throwdown is back, baby, one more time with a brand new format and location.

Presenting The Rhythm of the Day (The day. Oh yay! This is The Rhythm of the Day) a multi-stage, all 90’s, all day disco from notorious nostalgia hound D J Levins.

Kicking off on Sunday 14th of October at 2:00pm, RotD will take over the very cool open air Factory Theatre courtyard, for a retro rampage of anthems, jams, ballads and banger from everyone’s favourite semi-ironic decade. And who better to kick it all off than the man who D J’d alongside everyone from B*Witched to S Club 7, D J Levins.

Rhythm of the Night, Levin’s original run of 90’s nights at the iconic Goodgod Small Club (RIP) were a stunning success, with lines of retro-costumed revelers spilling halfway down the street. Now, like a phoenix rising from the ashes, Rhythm returns for a full day version of Levin’s original passion party.

To kick this new series off in style, Levins has pulled in some funky favours, securing a special live performance from the legendary Joanne, on hand to perform a medley of 90’s classics including her hit single Jackie (Ja-Ja-Jackie!). Also on deck will be Levins himself, the undeniably cool Ariane and a back to back barrage from D j s Chux & Radge

Expect plenty of Kylie, Janet, Shania, Mariah and all the best 90’s starlets, not to mention a healthy dose of all the hottest 90’s ‘boys’, from Backstreet right through to Venga.

Also gracing the Factory courtyard we will be serving 90’s themed snacks! To cool you down from the sunny arvo courtyard, we’ll be giving out FREE ZOOPER DOOPERS as well as some cheeky 90s snacks for the first 50 people through the gates, so make sure you come down early (did someone say Samboys?)

So whether you’re pushing 30 & living in the past or a fresh young face looking to see what ‘the olden days’ were all about (hnnng), wind the clocks back to pre-Will2K times and Get Jiggy with It at Rhythm of the Day.
