Sydney Underground Film Festival returns to The Factory Theatre for four big days of rebellious cinema, cult favourites, wild discoveries and wonderfully strange films.

From 10-13 September, SUFF #20 celebrates two decades of fearless filmmaking with world and Australian premieres, cult legends, emerging local voices, unforgettable documentaries, special guests, live events, Q&As, the SUFF MARKET and, of course, the unexpected films that have always made SUFF what it is.

Whether you’ve been coming since the beginning or this is your first SUFF, welcome.

Take a chance on something you’ve never heard of. Stay for the Q&As. Meet the filmmakers. Grab a drink between sessions. Talk to strangers about the weirdest thing you’ve just seen. That’s what film festivals are for.

PASSES

There are several passes to select from for this years festival. Each pass can be purchased by clicking on the images/links below.

Please see below important notes on pass redemption:

When you are selecting a pass to purchase, you will need to select the films you would like to see, at the time of purchase. We recommend reviewing the program beforehand and noting your selections before starting the purchase process.

If you want to see a film that is sold out, you will need to make an alternate selection, as some spaces are subject to venue capacities.

If you are purchasing multiple passes (i.e. one for you and one for someone else), selecting multiple passes means you are going to the same films. If you want to see separate films, simply purchase your passes individually and select what you would like.

Do not select films that are on the same time & day, unless you can be in two places at once! Refer to the below program to see what is on and when.

Some films are playing more than once. Please double check the date and time when selecting.
