Brits and Giggles is a comedy show, with two of Sydney's best up and coming British comedians: Jojo and Alex Choi.

Jojo is a sharp-tongued comedian originally from Manchester, UK, who now calls Australia home. After making the move Down Under in search of the good life, he quickly made waves in the comedy scene, bagging the coveted Newcomer of the Year award in 2019. Jojo isn’t just a comedian—he’s a globe-trotting storyteller. Having journeyed across five continents and over 20 countries, Jojo has turned hostels, tuk-tuks, border crossings, and late-night food stalls into his personal comedy clubs. His stand-up is a hilarious mix of cultural mishaps and wild travel anecdotes.

Alex Choi is a British comedian, also from Manchester, with the accent, attitude, and air miles to prove it. After living in Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, he’s gathered enough strange stories and awkward experiences to fuel a lifetime of punchlines. Alex’s style is a lively mix of razor-sharp crowd work and big-hitting jokes that leave audiences in stitches.

Alex regularly performs all over Sydney (iD Comedy Club, Happy Endings, Canned Laughter, etc.).
