Where Pleasure is Power and Every Clit is Sacred
Following their smash-hit, sold-out season at Edinburgh Fringe award-winning First Nations creatives, Lillian Rodrigues-Pang and Malika Elizabeth Reese bring their show to Sydney Comedy Festival for two nights only.
Think Sex and the City wrestling The Book of Mormon in a glittery jungle. It’s a joyful, song-filled dive into power structures, worship and the only part of the human body that is purely for pleasure. This is an immersive experience of singalongs, sermons, science and goddess history. It’s education, liberation, a whole lot of clitoral salvation - and it’s for everyone.
The Church of the Clitori is on a mission to spread the good news of the goodness of the Clit.
Symbolic of the feminine, and the holiness within each of us - this show is for every human.
Asking the Big Questions:
– Why is female pleasure still taboo?
- What happens when worship meets the vulva?
- How long do clitoral bulbs take to swell?
- What are the greatest Clit Hits?
If you have a clit, came from a clit, or are clit-curious, this show is for you.
Two post-menopausal, irreverent women are welcoming the curious, the clueless, and the ready-to-be converted to become part of the Cliterati.
