Irene Nicola has always been a bit of a hot mess. Sure she’s a Paximadi in the streets (it’s a Greek biscotti alright?! Now you know.) But in the sheets, under the sweet “good Greek girl” covers is a gooey centre, and just way too much filo pastry.
