The Factory Theatre is dedicated to making our events accessible to all audiences where possible. Our Main Auditorium and the Fusebox are accessible by lift, while the Factory Floor can be accessed from the Ground Floor. If your event is located in the Terminal, Workshop or Matchbox, there may be limited capacity for accessible patrons, so please alert us of your intention to attend prior to purchasing a ticket.

There are two accessible toilets at the Factory Theatre on both the Ground Floor and Level 1. 

We welcome patrons with Companion Cards and Assistance Animals but ask that you let our Box Office know in order to facilitate this. Please ensure the correct accreditation can be provided during the event.
