🧘🏻Yoga for Wellbeing🧘🏻♀️ In Celebration of International Day of Yoga 2024, Isha Australia is pleased to offer free Yoga for Wellbeing session.
Nadi Shuddhi and Yoga Namaskar are offered as part of Yoga for Wellbeing. These are very simple yet powerful yogic practices to bring about complete wellbeing in our lives.
*Nadi Shuddhi* balances the nadis (or energy pathways) resulting in a balanced system and psychological wellbeing.
*Yoga Namaskar*, a simple and powerful system which activates the lumbar region of the spine and strengthens the muscles along the spine, preventing collapse of spine due to ageing.
