The world was simple when Michelle was growing up all the way back in the 1900s. Some things were good. Some things were bad. And the stuff in the middle? Just figure out how to shove it into one of those boxes, ya idiot!

Things have of course changed, and 2026 is a different beast. We know too much to do that now. It’s all about nuance. It’s about examining all perspectives and giving each the empathy it deserves. And we’re all so very, very tired.

In her first solo hour since her sold-out Brisbane Funny Fest debut “Cool Girl” in 2018, extremely fatigued comedian Michelle Azevedo gives nuance the bird and tries to re-simplify our grey-shaded world in 50 minutes, in the hopes that she can answer the greatest question plaguing our current times; Is there anything left in this world that is just purely GOOD?
