Nick Marcus brings his debut album The Butterfly Effect to the stage for one night only at the Factory Theatre, Marrickville.

Released October 23, The Butterfly Effect is an evolution of R&B. It's a modern, cinematic record that pulls from new wave, Y2K and 80s/90s synth textures, in the lineage of artists like Giveon and Leon Thomas. Across twelve tracks, including the singles WILDFIRE and THE CYCLE and features from Sheph.art, Ezra Loau, Vanessa Librea the album traces how small moments ripple into something bigger.

The launch show presents the album live with keys and guitar from Raph Boudib and Matt Charleston, alongside fan favourites from Nick's earlier catalogue. DJ Ellie B holds down the night between sets.

Support comes from Laura Zanbaka and CG.
